Well time to report on my weight loss. As of this morning I have lost 17 1/2 pounds. I have never felt better in my life. I have had no sugar, no sweets for three weeks. I drink more than 84 ounces of water a day. I snack on vegetables all day long. I feel great. Here's to another great week of dieting and working out.
