My friend Kim from Utah has inspired me. She is an avid collector of fabric. She has so much that she decided that she couldn't buy any more until she used up a huge amount of what she already had. The more I thought about this idea, I decided to apply it to myself and use up a good supply of scrapbooking paper that is just sitting around doing nothing. My first set of projects below were birthday supplies for their birthday party. I bought no decorations this year and did my own.
