Anyone that knows me, knows that when the moment school is out I don't let the grass grow under my feet all summer long. The day school was out my mother, myself and the three kids, packed the car and we headed off to travel back East. We stopped in Warrenton, Missouri where Brendon served part of his mission and we stood in front of his first apartment, we then went to my brothers house in O'Fallon and stayed for a few days. What a fun time we had with them. I miss them already. Lot's of fun times eating, playing games, watching movies and catching fire flies. We went to the top of the arch, the St. Louis Temple and went to the most amazing mall. I also took a few hours and saw an old college roomate whom I hadn't seen in over ten years. She hasn't changed a bit. Good times. We went to Carthage Jail, Nauvoo, Illinois, Winter Quarters Nebraska and finally home. I did laundry for one day and then flew out the next morning (without Children or husband) to Salt Lake City to be with one of my best friends in the whole world Kim Keeler. They adopted a little girl Andi Grace eight months ago and they were sealed in the Ogden Temple. My brother Brian also came and spent the weekend with me and we toured Temple Square before I flew out Sunday Evening. I met some really great people this weekend who have made an impression on my heart. What a glorious weekend I had and still yearn for more girl time with Kim and my mom. Spending time with my mother was the greatest thing also. I look forward to many more trips with her. What a great start to the summer. I look forward to the rest of it.

Fun Summer! Fun Pictures! We traveled about the same route last year on Tab Choir Tour! Love those sights!
Aww MAN! I'm seriously crying - I miss you so much!!! Thank you for coming and sharing our special weekend with us, for being such a wonderful help and supporter (and personal cheerleader) and for going to the store at 11pm with me. YOU are wonderful and I'm so blessed to have you as my Emily. I love you!!!
