Ok, tomorrow starts the following:
*working out every morning at 6am.
*eating healthier
*keep writing in my journal everyday.
*studying the gospel harder.
*planning a months worth of meals
and the list goes on and on.
At least if it is on my blog then I can look at it once in a while and remember it.

I've got the working out at 6 every day goal too...we shall see how it works out. :O)
I usually plan 2 weeks of meals....I wonder if a month would be better

Good luck with your plans! You are great at sticking to a plan so I know you'll do good. I agree with Beth, I would love to see a month's worth of meals! I love to eat and I like to cook, I just don't like to decide what to cook! Let us know how that goes.
Day one done. I woke up, got the kids off to school, made a bowl of oatmeal, read the visiting teaching message along with my scriptures, worked out for an our and fifteen minutes, folding laundry and then getting the menu planned for the rest of the month. When I get it done I will post it so you can see what I have created in case you need help and ideas. Happy new year. I pat myself on the back for such a great start. Lets just hope I can keep it up. I do feel better about myself.
