10 LBS LOST, 1 PANTS SIZE DOWN AND OUR 1ST 5K

I started working out exactly one month and three weeks ago and I weighed myself this morning and I have lost a total of ten pounds and have gone down one pants size. Yeah for me. I have to say in the beginning it was really hard to start the diet, not eat any sugar, and eat tons of protein. This did give me a great opportunity to eat fish, which I don't get to alot because no one likes it but myself. Once I got into the routine of working out every morning for an hour and eating healthier it has become way easier and I am so glad I have stuck with it. As for Brendon he has lost a lot of weight also (at this moment he is at work and I don't know how much he has lost.) Brendon and I are going to run our first 5k on June 6th and we are so excited. My parents will be here to take care of the kids while we run/walk it.

Hooray for you! It all sucks but there is a point you think I will do this. I'm excited for you.

Hey Emily, I got your voicemail the other day and just kept forgetting to call you back! Sorry! Don't worry about saving any of the baby clothes for me...we are pretty cramped as it is in our little apartment. But thanks for thinking of us, that was sweet! And congrats on the weight loss!!!
