I love, love, LOVE this sweet little girl! She really is my sunshine and brightens my day. I am so blessed to have her in my life. She is so much fun and I love watching her personality develop more and more. She is such a girly girl and I LOVE that! I love it! But first here is her six year old quiz...

Paige and I took drastic measures and went to Cost Cutters yesterday and had a significant amount of hair chopped off. We love our new style and hope you do to. Happy Day!!!!

Happy Trails to You Golden Gate Canyon

We took our final camping trip over the past four days in Golden Gate Canyon. This is our most favorite place to camp. It is close to home but far away back in the mountains that we don't get phone reception and we feel like we are lost. We spent one day at Estes Park and had a great time walking around, eating and snacking. We had fun sitting around the campfire as a family visiting and talking about life. We had french toast, hot dogs, marshemellows, popcorn, oreos, french dip sandwiches, cereal, licorice, pears, corn, turkey sandwiches, tator tots, and lots of milk and water. The greatest achievement this camping trip was Paige asked mommy and daddy to remove her training wheels and once we did she just took off. We are so proud of her. Goodbye Golden Gate Canyon. See ya next year. We will miss you.

SUPER SATURDAY

A few days ago I was visiting with a friend and she was deep cleaning her shower and I sat in her bathroom with her and visited. She told me she had been inspired by a friend of hers to deep clean. So, I was inspired to deep clean. Today my goal was the kitchen. I scrubbed the outside of all the cupboards, inside of all the cupboards, rearranged and organized my entire kitchen. I threw things away I haven't used in a year, went through all the baby sippy cups, plates, bowls and tossed them, moved all the food downstairs where there is more room, organized the spice cupboard so I could see everything up front. I scrubbed out the refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The walls in half of the kitchen got scrubbed down and cloroxed. Meanwhile while doing all this I did five loads of laundry, fed the family lunch, and prepared dinner. What a fabulous day for me. Next Saturday is the main bathroom upstairs. Wish me luck!!!

Sitting at the computer this evening and I hear Paige explaining to Madison how to stay and count so her and Parker can go hide. This is Madison, leaning on the stairs, face down, bum straight up and she says, "one, two, one, two, READY OR NOT I"M COMING." Now to you this may not be funny but hearing her say it was so funny

I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN....

Atleast that is what I keep telling myself. I received a call from the Girl Scouts Main office today asking me to take over as the leader of the daisy troop that I was the co-leader of last year. I'm not the type to say no and I know how much Paige loves girl scouts so me being me I said sure I will do it. Am I out of my mind or what? Wish me the best. I begin training in a few weeks.
